About the Event
The KBTU School of Information Technology and Engineering and the UN SDG Center KBTU are pleased to invite you to participate in the international workshop "Smart Cities and Applications", which will be held on April 18, 2023 at KBTU in Al-Farabi Hall from 13:00 to 18:00.
The key speakers will be professors from the Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia): Professor Sadok Ben Yahia and Professor Ant Torim.
As part of the workshop, it is planned to discuss various aspects of software development and the use of information and communication technologies in the design of Smart cities, including: e-health, fintech, e-gov, environmental pollution, the impact of smart cities on society.
An abstract of at least 300 words and presentations must be in English and sent before April 14, 2023 at 18.00 at the following link https://forms.gle/kpX4GhYxkaxgiSzQ8 .
On April 15-16, selection of submitted works is planned.
On April 16-17, a notification of acceptance or rejection of works will be sent to the email of the authors.
On April 18, it is planned to listen to presentations and present certificates to participants.
The received certificates will be taken into account when defending master's theses as a publication at an international conference and awarding a Master's degree.
